The most exciting aspect about my successful weight loss is that after 36 years on the face of this earth you convinced me that I was important above all other things. It is unbelievable how the system turns your mind around.
I realize now that all the money I spent on commercial weight loss programs was actually a waste. these programs do not address themselves to real life issues, but rather the fads and gimmicks better known as the "easy way"--there is no easy way, and once YOU are the priority in your life it doesn't have to be easy, it just has to be done.
After 18 months of your personal coaching, and a 100 pound weight loss, I feel the need to say thank you for your caring. My personal and professional life will now mature more fully and reach higher potential as a result of having learned to control my physical destiny.
